From available space to equipment placement
A rack layout helps you organise the physical installation. Assign devices to a rack and position them in available units, switching between schematic and proportioned CAD views. The demo includes a switch, router, video matrix, receivers, DSP and amplifiers.
Accessories are part of the project
Complete the elevation with custom blanking panels, cable brushes and drawers. Showing them alongside equipment helps you prepare materials and reserve space for cable management and maintenance.
Review power information
Review rack occupancy, total power, heat load, required outlets and PoE budget. These summaries depend on the data entered in the project. Check manufacturer specifications and actual installation conditions before using them for engineering calculations.
A drawing to share
Print a single rack, the racks in a zone or every rack, with the elevation and a compact title block. A CSV rack list is also available. Rack information complements the signal schematic and the cable schedule.
In the same project
The equipment in the rack is the same set of devices as in the schematic, with their ports and connections: assigning a device to a rack does not create a copy. Each device’s rack is also available as a column in the cable schedule.
